Usage Instructions

Application in the papermaking industry: This product is a reinforcing agent primarily composed of nanocellulose. When added internally to the pulp, it forms a hydrogen-bonded network with pulp fibers, acting as a high molecular polymer with strong binding force to fibers. Hydrogen bonding is the primary mechanism for paper sheet bonding strength. With a large specific surface area, it can improve the utilization efficiency of certain chemicals. Adding this product can reduce refining power (contributing to energy savings and consumption reduction) without compromising paper strength. It enhances interlayer bonding strength, improves paper breathability, and helps control and reduce surface dusting.

Usage Method: Add internally to the pulp. It can be added directly via vacuum pumping equipment at the pulper, stock chest, or before the paper machine, avoiding proximity to other chemical addition points. Alternatively, use specialized shear dilution equipment to dilute it 2-5 times before adding it to the paper machine system.
